Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 11, 2025
Welcome — this is the privacy policy for Remote (the "App"), provided by RubberRobo at rubberrobo.nl. This page explains what data the App or its third-party services collect and how that data is used.
Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and use device and usage data to serve personalized ads. For details about Google’s ad data usage and choices, see Google’s advertising policies: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
(This app’s use of AdMob is in accordance with AdMob policies and Google Play requirements.)
What information may be collected
Depending on configuration and AdMob’s behavior, the following types of information may be collected by Google and third parties for ad serving and analytics:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID / anonymous identifiers)
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP
- App usage data and events (screen views, session length)
- Device and OS details (model, OS version)
How we use information
Data collected by AdMob is used to deliver and improve advertising (including personalized ads). The App itself does not collect personally-identifying data beyond what is needed to provide the application, except for diagnostics as described above.
Third-party services
We use third-party services that may process data. These include:
- Google AdMob — for serving ads. See Google’s ad policies: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
App-ads.txt (authorized sellers)
To protect your ad revenue and help ad buyers verify inventory, publishers are encouraged to publish an app-ads.txt file at the root of their developer website (for example: https://rubberrobo.nl/app-ads.txt). See Google’s documentation for details and examples. If you need help generating the exact line(s), AdMob will show your publisher ID in the dashboard that should be included in app-ads.txt.
Play Store Data Safety & Privacy link
Google Play requires developers to provide a privacy policy URL in Play Console and to complete the Data safety form that discloses how user data is accessed and shared. Make sure this URL is entered in your Play Console app entry under “App content → Privacy Policy.”
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy at any time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the change date. Please check this page periodically.
